Men's Ministry
the vision In ongoing pursuit of God's will, this ministry is focused on creating structured opportunities for study, worship and fellowship among men,
to encourage authentic one-on-one relationships that draw each man closer to Christ. We're currently meeting for prayer & bagels every 3rd Saturday of the month in the kitchen at church at 7:00 am to facilitate building relationships.
Four main projects have been selected as a starting point for the men's ministry at Covenant.
men's Bible studies Several groups are already meeting on different mornings. We're currently working through FOUR PILLARS of A MAN'S HEART by Stu Weber. This book is written to all the men who are determined to become the tender warriors that God intended them to be when He made them men. Stu Webber, pastor, husband, father, and veteran who won three bronze stars as a Green Beret in Vietnam, provides this insightful and practical guide about Christian manhood. Written to and for ordinary guys like you and me, Stu teaches how God intends for us to bring strength into balance with the four pillars of manhood that He designed: king, warrior, mentor, and friend. We meet Sunday nights 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

men's retreat As Jesus often retreated to spend time in prayer with His Father, so will the men of Covenant retreat for a time of teaching, worship, fellowship, and prayer. A team has been formed to work on the planning process for the next men's retreat.

meaningful service As believers, and as men, we are called to serve one another in love. As we love our neighbors as ourselves, we focus on serving both the church and the community in which we live. This team plans one or more projects to create opportunities for the men of Covenant to assist those in need, which strengthens our relationship with Christ.
