Covenant's Youth Group welcomes all youth, grades 6 - 8 (middle school) and 9 - 12 (high school). To get involved, find out more, or receive information, send an email to tim@cov-pres.org.
As a youth ministry we hope to embody the vision for the church as we…
WORSHIP – God’s plan for us is to engage and experience Him together as a church, individually, and in all of life.
DISCIPLE – God’s plan for us is to live as disciples of Jesus and to disciple others.
REACH – God’s plan for us is to engage in relational communities of grace and truth and to entice others to join us.
SERVE – God’s plan for us is to look for opportunities to help others in our church, in our community, and in our world.
As we pursue this vision we are committed to having fun, to building relationships, to digging deep into God’s word, and to learning what it means to love God and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
ways to get involved
- Theme Night Youth Groups will take place on Sunday nights from 6-8 pm. There will be a general theme that influences the games and fellowship time of the evening. There will also be music/worship, teaching, and then small group discussions.
- Friday Fellowships are designed to allow relationship building without the stress of homework and school the next day. These will include events like bonfires and hayrides, swing dance lessons, Pump It Up, Operation Christmas Child, and much more.
- Service Saturdays are church-wide service events that take place on a Saturday morning. There will be several different service opportunities such as manual labor, cooking, Bible clubs, and home visitation teams. All teams will meet back at the church for lunch. Sign-up here for February 18.
