Give

As a church, we pledge to be good stewards of your tithes and offerings and will seek to use them for making disciples, meeting needs, and advancing the gospel.

Ways to Give:

You may give your gifts in a variety of forms. You will receive a summary of your tax-deductible gifts in accordance with IRS requirements at least annually. Please let us know if you have any specific needs regarding the timing of these notifications. You may log on to your Touchpoint record at any time to review your donations and print statements.

Online Banking – Bill Pay

When making use of this feature, request a paper check to be sent rather than an electronic check, and a check in the amount you designate will be sent directly from the bank to Covenant Presbyterian Church. For mailing purposes please use the following address: 32 Southgate Ct., Suite 101, Harrisonburg, VA  22801.

Electronic Giving

Recurring: Use this option if you want to setup recurring transactions.

One-Time: Use this option if you want to give a non-recurring gift.

Cash

You can give cash during Sunday-morning worship services or drop it off at the Covenant Presbyterian Church Office during normal business hours. Please put cash gifts in an envelope with your name and the amount given if you want the gift to post to your annual contribution statement.

Checks

Checks can be given in three ways:

  • Placed in the offering basket during Sunday-morning worship
  • Dropped off at the Covenant Presbyterian Church office
  • Mailed to 32 Southgate Ct., Suite 101, Harrisonburg, VA 22801

Gifts of Stock

If you would like to make a gift of stock to Covenant Presbyterian Church, please contact Kendal Butler in the church office for our broker information. For purposes of recording this contribution, we will determine the value of your gift by averaging the high and low trading values on the date the stock was received by the church. Valuation for tax purposes may differ.
