Aaron has been on staff since 2016. He was born and raised in West Boylston, Massachusetts and made his way to Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. After a number of years in cancer research, he attended Westminster Theological Seminary outside Philadelphia. He served at a church in the Philadelphia area prior to moving to Harrisonburg. He and his wife, Jacey, married in 2010 and have four children.
